I donβt set weight loss targets that make you feel like a failure when the scale doesnβt budge. I donβt promote restrictive meal plans or tell you itβs all about willpower. And I certainly donβt believe your health is defined by how you look.
What I do is offer a safe, supportive space where midlife women can unlearn diet culture, reconnect with their bodies, and build sustainable habits that support real healthβphysical, emotional, and mental. No fads. No shame. Just evidence-based support that honours this stage of life.
