When you join Midlife Reset, you make a commitment to stop chasing the quick fix and start making meaningful change. The course combines the most effective lifestyle and nutrition strategies for transforming your midlife experience through intuitive eating and behaviour change principles !     • Personalised Introduction: Start with a 15-minute consultation to discuss your goals and make sure this course is right for you. Book Here

    • 6 Week Program: Dive into 6 core modules that will teach you to embrace food, movement, and self-care in a way that works for YOU.

    • Live Sessions: Each module consists of 60-minutes of pre-recorded training videos and a 60-minute live Q&A each week, ensuring you get the support and answers you need.   The course will run in the evening, with each session starting at 7:30pm.  All sessions will be recorded so if you can't make it on the night, you can catch up through watching the recording and sending any questions through to Kara.
