What these changes mean for your health — separating myths from facts about midlife weight gain and long-term health effects.
Practical strategies that work — sustainable ways to support energy, nutrition, movement, and health during this life stage.
Expert Speakers:
Kara Roberts - Specialist Women's Health Dietitian (Pause Nutrition)
Dr Melissa Cave and Specialist Nurse Kelly Clarke (My Menopause)
You’ll walk away with clear expert guidance, and practical tools to help you bring more understanding to body changes at this time and take charge of your health in midlife.
